I keep having bad dreams about my patients. Its starting to drive me nuts because I wake up all worried or mad because of it, lol.
Like last night, I had a dream that a quadraplegic patient I have was laying in his bed screaming when I got there and his caregiver was outside smoking and said he was just being dramatic because his leg was broken. Or I had another dream a few nights ago that a patient of mine with a big abdominal wound was taking off his dressing when I wasnt there and using the big gaping hole as an ashtray.
Also I have dreams about calling doctors or giving report to other nurses and I wake up and later on in the day I cant remember if I actually did it or if it was a dream. I guess Im retarded or something.
