When I was in kindergarten, every day after school I watched Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, while all the lame-ass other five-year olds were off watching Thomas the Tank Engine. Carlin played Rufus in this movie and I bet I could quote it word for word.

Also: He was the first person besides myself I knew to not believe in God etc. and was the reason I became so outspoken about things.

Also again: When mp3s came out in 1998 or whatever, the first things I downloaded were his albums and I’m pretty sure I ended up getting everything he ever did.

Also again, again: My dad took me to a show of his in Columbus for I think my 17th birthday, and got us front row box seats. (ps George Carlin was a really short man)
