Emotron “Teenage Jesus” CD

RARE! LAST COPY! . The Emotron is a personal friend of mine and I worked his merch table a few weeks ago and snagged the LAST TWO copies he had of this one time CD. I bought the other one for a friend of mine who didnt end up wanting it, and I dont need two copies. The CD is perfect and the case has some slight wear, since he carried his cds around in a bin and they got a bit bumped around.

That Im actually quite happy for once. Its really nice to not be dependent on anybody. I like living on my own and working 3 days a week and having $900 extra dollars this month (after bills and rent!) that I dont have any use for. I’ll be making even more money too, when Im doing orienting. Im not just happy because of the money though. Im also very happy with the way the rest of life is going as well. Not only do I have a career, but my personal life is going smashingly. Adam and I are doing famously together. People call us the male/female version of the other one. Living with him is nice too, because we share expenses and cook for each other. He makes really good manicotti among other things. He is a very good cook. Mostly we just hang out and be fat and eat nachos and pie though. Oh, and we’ve been offered a place to live, rent free. His parents are buying a company and on its property is a duplex. They said we can live there if we want and then Adam can use the other half for a music studio and teach private lessons again. He is very excited about that.
Aside from Adam, I love the friends I have here in Chattanooga and I love his parents and I love his brother (that Ive been good friends with for like 2 years…that is actually how we met) and I love the people I work with. And I love my Cuppy and Muffin hogs and I love my cat, even though when I got home today she had somehow gotten a package of toilet paper out of a closed cabinet and ripped one of the rolls apart.

I knew life would get better after I got away from the Adventists!

OK so I got the bright idea to wax my entire “bikini” area. I would rather shave every day than go through that pain every couple of weeks. Seriously. I have a new found respect for those of you who can wax down there. I mean, I wax my eyebrows and stuff, and I have a pretty good pain tolerance…but never again. NEVER AGAIN, my friends.

Im working on Georgia Sex Offenders 2006 page for my website. If it isnt up within 2-3 weeks, bother me about it.

I’ll be busy next week so I probably wont have time to finish it. My problem is that, upon checking my schedule for the week, I realized Im scheduled to work 60 hours, which is not gonna work. Im trying to get ahold of my unit coordinator today to sort it out, but she hasnt gotten back to me as of yet. Oh well. This grownup stuff isnt fun.

Funny thing is though, if I worked all those hours, next week I would make $1,190. That is a lot of money.

Im totally tired of seeing this dude (nsfw) on the internet. It seriously pisses me off. It was funny for like a while but now it makes me feel gross.
The other night I made Adam and myself a Polish dinner. I dont know how to cook yet, so I tried real hard. It was aweeeeessommmeeeeee. I made the most amazing cabbage and pierogies also. Oh man, it was delicious. Amanda, if you ever come over and want me to make it for you, I totally will.

I dont supposed I have mentioned much about Adam. He is the fellow I am dating. We have been dating for something like 2 months now (I dont know. I dont keep track of these things. We started dating one of the first days of May), and havent really spent a day apart, literally. We are pretty close already. He is my good friend Rickie’s brother. That is how we met, even though I’ve known Rickie for 2 years. He just recently decided to introduce us, mentioning how perfect me and Adam would be for each other. We are, and it is gross.

Also, Ive started my job as a Registered Nurse. So far it is going pretty well. No complaints, really. Not quite used to working so early in the morning or 12 hour shifts, but Im sure I’ll be ok after a few more. It feels really good to sign my name with RN behind it instead of SNSAU (student nurse, sau=southern adventist university). Also it feels good to be able to do my job without so much supervision. Its annoying to go give an IV drug and have to be watched, etc.

Being a “grown up” is gay though mostly. Im not used to that either. Im trying to learn how it all works, and while I am learning, Im making mistakes. At least I am learning though. One of these challenges is cooking. So far Ive been able to make delicious enchiladas, lasagna, cabbage, pierogies, and chicken nachos. They were all really good, ask Adam. I cant make cookies or brownies well yet though. I keep burning them. Also I tried to make an omelet and overcooked it and also it just looked like a pile of crap cuz I couldnt turn it over right. I GUESS IT COMES WITH TIME! At least I am trying to learn. Gosh.

Keykey is doing well. She loves Adam more than me though. It is weird. Maybe it is because I torture her:

The cat is really funny. Im pretty sure she is nuts. She runs around like a retard and falls off the couch a lot. She is about as annoying though as she is crazy. I cant even sleep with her in my room. She will sleep nicely beside me for a little while, and then wake up and lick my face or put her cold nose on my nose EVERY TIME. Im told this is adorable. It isnt. It is annoying. Currently, I am laying down and she is sitting on my butt, kneading my lower back with her paws. It feels nice. It is like a kitty massage. She is very friendly. Come over to my house and meet her. She will love you.
